This was great! I am happy to say I can FINALLY make biscuits and gravy! I have made it twice, for home and work. Many people asked for the recipe. If there are going to be more people joining in then I like to add a little more milk and flour so there is more gravy to go around. For every 1/2 C milk add a Tbsp of flour. I have added an extra cup of milk and 2 Tbsp of flour to make it go further. Didn't change the flavor at all since there is plenty of sausage to blend it all together! YUMMY!!!

This was great! I used turkey sausage and skim milk...and my husband said it tasted just like the real thing. Will definitely make again...and again...and again!

This was a huge hit. I doubled the recipe, using hot and mild sausage and put it in a slow cooker. My husbands buddies were able to help themselves as they woke up.

Good gravy. I used a 12oz package of sausage and 3 cups of milk. It just seemed like a lot of sausage to me. It came out great after the adjustments.

I will never buy one of those gravy mixes in a bag ever again!!! This was soooo good. We had it for dinner and the whole family enjoyed it, even the kids. I used 3 cups of milk though, and it was plenty thick enough without changing anything else. Who knew it was this easy?
