I just love this recipe! I have made it several times and it gets better everytime! I just used the 2 cans spicy chili beans, and not the other beans as it seemed to have way to many beans for me. Sauteed onion and garlic with the meats. Also used hot italian sausage for an extra kick! Great!

Awesome recipe. I put less cheese and a different type of sausage - you can't go wrong if you follow this one or change it slightly. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe.

Easy recipe, tasted good, relatively mild,& presented well overall. I used the slow cooker method proposed by an earlier reviewer. This helped to make it so easy, however, since I didn't stir, the Velveta cubes stayed cubes - tasted OK but looked odd (not very noticeable).

This chili was awesome. I used 2 lbs of ground beef as I didn't have any sausage. Otherwise I left it as is. The combination of the cheese and soup added a really good creaminess to the mix. It was even better heated up the next day.

I made this chili last weekend and it is indeed the best chili I have ever had. My family is very picky and this dish was gone in one meal. This is definitely a favorite and will be made again - great comfort food.

Very neat! I added an extra 8 ounce jar of tomato sauce; used what I had left of a larger jar of salsa - probably about 20 ounces. 1 can of corn - cause my husband likes corn in his chili. And I used the mexican Velveeta cheese - it is spiced with jalepeno peppers. And because I added more sauce - I did use the full 8 ounces of cheese. I liked it - a lot. It was simple and easy and no cutting and dicing. My husband was ok with it. Right away he knew something was different (I didn't tell him) He kept saying it had the consistency of chili in a can. He would rather have tradtional chili. But one of the guys he works with loved it and demanded the recipe.

This is the best chili I have ever had! My husband even loves it and he doesn't usually like chili. I only used 1/2 of the cheese, didn't want it to be too cheesy. Will make again and again!

Good, easy recipe. The folks at my holiday potluck loved it! I added 1/2 yellow onion and 1 tsp garlic; used what I had for a kick, tobasco, crushed red pepper, and cumin, instead of the chili powder and cayenne pepper. I just put everything in the crock pot and cooked on low for about 8 hours. The only suggestion I would make is beware of the salsa you use. I picked chipolte salsa, before the chili cooked it had a strong barbeque sauce taste. After cooking for 8 hours it was fine.

This is the best chili I have ever had!! I made it for Halloween last year and again this year. People raved over it!!! I was a little skeptic about the cream of mushroom soup, but thats what makes the chili so good. All I know is my search for a good chili recipe is now over.. :)

This chili was awesome! i think i might use a little less cheese next time, although good it just wasn't necessary. This chili can hold its own without so much cheese.

This is awesome chili! I used ground round only as I am not a fan of sausage and forgot the salsa and it turned out great - creamy, spicy, easy and delicious. I have been looking for a great chili recipe and finally found it -who would have thought cream of mushroom??? THANKS!

Sooo good!! I did add alittle less cheese as suggested and it was prefect. I took it to a pot luck and it was a big hit! It was pretty rich so i probably wouldn't make it for a family meal, but in smaller portions for a get together it was perfect. I also served it with a cheese bread and it was Delish!

I added an onion and four cloves of garlic to this recipe. A bit too cheesy for me, but my co-workers loved it and ate every drop.

Very easy to make. My husband really liked this. It was a little to cheesy for me.....it didn't quite seem like chili b/c of that. That's an easy fix. I just won't add as much cheese next time. Thanks!
