Me and my family didn't care for it, I can't get anyone even hungry boys to eat it......

Wow! I'm replacing my recipe card for chili with this one! What a huge difference the Cream of Mushroom made! I didn't want the cheese to burn in my crock pot - I had intended to add it 30 mins. before serving but forgot. Even so, the overall taste, texture and mild/medium spiciness was far more satisfying than any other recipe I've ever tried! Thank you Elizabeth Mays!

This was great! I put mine in the crockpot for about 6 hours. I used 2 lbs of beef, and I used a can of Rotel with green chilis and a few spoonfuls of salsa instead of the jar of salsa. I also added some extra spices like paprika and some cumin. And I sauteed up some onion and garlic with the beef. This has it all for chili. The cheese, the beef, the beans, the consistancy is not too thick and not too thin. Great! I will enter this in the chili cookoff this year. UPDATE: I won 2nd in the chili cookoff with this recipe

I won't ever make this again. Too cheesy and I did not care for the mushroom soup taste.

I just love this recipe! I have made it several times and it gets better everytime! I just used the 2 cans spicy chili beans, and not the other beans as it seemed to have way to many beans for me. Sauteed onion and garlic with the meats. Also used hot italian sausage for an extra kick! Great!

Awesome recipe. I put less cheese and a different type of sausage - you can't go wrong if you follow this one or change it slightly. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe.

Easy recipe, tasted good, relatively mild,& presented well overall. I used the slow cooker method proposed by an earlier reviewer. This helped to make it so easy, however, since I didn't stir, the Velveta cubes stayed cubes - tasted OK but looked odd (not very noticeable).

This chili was awesome. I used 2 lbs of ground beef as I didn't have any sausage. Otherwise I left it as is. The combination of the cheese and soup added a really good creaminess to the mix. It was even better heated up the next day.

I made this chili last weekend and it is indeed the best chili I have ever had. My family is very picky and this dish was gone in one meal. This is definitely a favorite and will be made again - great comfort food.
