Just made this up and it tasted GREAT!! If you add the extra ingredients from www.MomsFreeGroceries.net it will give it extra flavor and make it taste 200% better!! Def have to add this to my weekly cook book

This is my family's favorite soup! Even my 4 yo niece loves it. I always use 2-3 cups of torn kale instead of spinach and everyone fights over the kale. Also, do NOT peel the potatoes. This is a great, hearty soup that we eat year-round.

MY PAPA MAKES THIS SOUP. IT IS SUPERB. HE ADDS INSTANT POTATOES TO MAKE SOUP THICKER. GREAT, GREAT SOUP. YUM

Made as written, and my husband scarfed it down. This does make quite a lot of soup, so I will cut the recipe in half as I only have one carnivore in the house. Thanks!!

Wow! It turned out great! It was easy to make with only a few steps. I used 4 potatoes (2 thinly sliced and 2 thick sliced) as others suggested. I used 1 cup milk mixed with 3 tablespoons of starch instead of the heavy cream. I used hot Italian sausage and did not add the red pepper. All these changes were suggested by others reviews, thank you!
