Just like the restaurant's recipe- definitely company worthy! I swap out the spinach for kale. It holds its texture and crunch rather than getting limp and soggy.

So, so good! I left out the red pepper flakes because I was giving it to my two year old; other than that, I made no changes. My whole family loved it. Will make it again.

Love this soup! I was trying to recreate the one from the Olive Garden but this came out even better. I ommitted the bacon and i substituted kale for spinach and spicy italian sausage instead of mild.

I don't live near an Olive Garden anymore, so when I found this recipe I was so excited to make it. It tastes just like I remember. This was my favorite soup there!

Hot Italian sausage was used, mild is too sweet. I only used 2 large baking potatoes diced and slivered fresh kale. I also added fresh cracked triple colored peppercorns. Too salty, but adequate.

This is my BF's fave soup at an Italian restaurant but after tasting this recipe he now never wants to eat the restaurant version again!

I ran out of red pepper flakes and used turkey sausage. So my review reflects those minor changes. My family and myself did not care for this soup. All the ingredients together sound good on paper but for us it didn't carry through.

I love this soup! Even my husband who is not a big soup fan really likes it too! I have made a few changes in the recipe, though. I substitute Hot Italian Turkey sausage and omit the pepper flakes and I only use 1/2 an onion. Everyone raves about this soup. Very Yummy!

Absolutely delicious! I also substituted kale for the spinach and omitted the bacon and it turned out perfectly, just like in the restaurant. I ended up using 4 large potatoes and that was plenty, 6 might be too much, but you can always adjust the chicken broth and cream if you have too many potatoes.

LOVED THIS! Great on a cold night! I omitted the red pepper flakes, to tone down the heat for the kids, and I made small cubes instead of thin slices of the potatoes. It was wonderful, simple and pleased the whole bunch! THANKS!

This soup is abcolutely fantastic! I made in on a chilly night when we had family over! Now they want the recipe!! It is exact to the Zuppa Toscana that I had out in a restaurant!! I didn't put quite as much broth as it called for. And it turned out remarkable! Thank you so much for the recipe!!

So good! I've made this about a dozen times and wouldn't change a thing! It also freezes really well and tastes even better leftover (add a little more broth) when the potato breaks down.

I started getting this from Olive Garden while pregnant and became obsessed! Now that I've moved to the country and it's quite a drive to the restaurant, I was delighted to find this recipe! I actually prefer it. Not sure if it's the recipe since I use the basic ingredients and kind of wing it on measurements or the fact that I can enjoy it from home but either way, it's absolutely amazing. I have 4 small children and they all LOVE this soup. I leave out the red pepper and add to individual bowls for my husband and myself.

FABULOUS!!! i have looked for a while for an at home version of my favorite "italian restaurant" soup and now i have it! i also used hot sausage, patted the excess fat off, used a little pepper flake and used kale. i love the way the dull kale turns bright green in the soup! absolutely amazing!

This was sooo good, the only difference I made was definately the Kale rather than spinach, makes a huge difference. Not sure how the spinach would have tasted. I also used less red pepper flakes because my kids were eating this soup with me and aren't a fan of spicy foods. I did add more garlic than called for. I added two large cloves rather than just one. Definate keeper!

This was deliscious! I would have made it ExACT, however, I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand. It didn't matter... This was T-rrific. I used liquid smoke instead of bacon and fat-free half-half. I made it early in the am and let it sit... So good. Perfect for chilly wet day!
