  1. Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup condensed milk with mixer until well blended. Whisk in 1/2 cup COOL WHIP. Spread onto bottom of crust.
  2. Whisk orange juice, remaining condensed milk and dry pudding mix in medium bowl 2 minutes. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the remaining COOL WHIP. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  3. Stir orange zest into remaining COOL WHIP; spread over pie. Refrigerate 4 hours.

One of my most favorite summer pies. We call this the Creamsicle Pie. I make my own crust out of cinnamon grahams. The orange zest is crucial. NOTE: You can use Splenda, lowfat cream cheese, SF pudding mix and FF whipped topping to cut back on the sugar/calories. There's really not a huge difference in taste.

Made this for Christmas dinner. Making it was effortless with the power mixer, and all three layers were delicious!

Oh so yummy. Especially when you are starting to feel the winter bla's. I also learned how to curl orange peels...pretty! My husband almost hurt his self on this beautiful pie.

This is a great summer time recipe and so easy. My husband and I love it. Only change I'd make is add actual orange juice then juice from an orange... it will give a bit stronger of an orange flavor.
