These are fantastic! They are just a little sweeter than regular corn muffins and much fluffier. My kids LOVED them. I had no problem at all getting them out of the muffin tins. I just buttered and floured a non stick pan VERY well and they just popped right out! (the key to a good grease and floured pan is to never use your fingers to spread the butter and never touch any part of the finished pan with your fingers) 18 minute in my over was just right. Will make again and again. Thanks for sharing:)

I am sure these taste wonderful. However, since they do not come out of the tins, I never got to find out. I would suggest changing the instructions to using muffin cups or something because it's very disappointing and a huge waste of time to put all of the work into making these and have them ruined because they won't come out of the tins. Very frustrating!!

My family loved these muffins. They are a much fluffier consistancy than corn bread and a little sweet. I served them with stew and they gobbled them up. I did use muffin cups to make them come out of the pan easier.
