This was absolutely delicious! I made mine the night before I needed it to ensure it had enough time to freeze. Refreshing, easy and cool-I will definitely make this one again.

I made this for a company carry in and there was one person that ate this first (before the main course)! She moaned so many good things about it to everyone else that it was gone in a flash! The presentation is beautiful with the toasted coconut and oranges. A quick tip for the coconut just put it on a microwave safe plate on high for 30 seconds (watch it because it burns quick). For the crust I used 1 pkg of graham crackers crushed, 1/2 cup sugar, and 7 tbls of melted margarine. Mixed it, and pressed into a glass 9" pie plate and baked at 375 for 7 mins (cool completely before adding ice cream)

Made this for Father's Day. It was so easy to do. I made a homemade reduced fat graham cracker crust, and used fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt and orange sherbert. I left off the whipped cream and orange slices but definetely used toasted coconut. Everybody raved about this, you can't mess it up.

My son said this was the best thing I ever made!!! I kept it simple. Left off the mandarin oranges and coconut but added jelly beans because it is Easter. You should try this!

Exactly as described. Quick, easy and oh-so-attractive! I used a vanilla wafer crust and it got rave reviews at a company luncheon. Thanks for this great one!

This was a hit at my family BBQ. I needed a very quick dessert. This did the trick. I did leave out the coconut as I knew I had guests that didn't like it. It does taste like a creamcicle! I will definitely make again. I will try other flavors of sherbet with it as well.

This was so easy to make I couldnt believe it. Everyone kept rantin and ravin how wonderful it was, they thought I totally slaved over it. They about keeled over when I told them how to make it. I served it on Fathers Day to three different families and it was the highlight of the evening. You can do so much with this recipe. I'm excited to add my own little touches. I just followed it as described the first time. Must try! It tastes just like a creamsicle..Ohhh Yumm-o Thanks for sharing

I made this pie today and it turned out delicious and very pretty. Everyone loved it and agreed it did taste like Creamsicles. I used the Graham Cracker Crust recipe, which worked out perfectly with this pie. I needed an easy pie to make last minute, and this turned out great even though I couldn't leave it in the freezer quite as long as directed. People have requested that I make it again! Thanks.
