'This recipe called for salmon, but I substituted another fish with delicious results,' says Lisa Rowley of North East, Maryland. 'It saves me time in the kitchen because all I have to do is mix up the seasoned butter, then turn it over to my husband, who does the grilling.

This recipe is awesome for fresh halibut - fresh herbs, lemon and dill spice the fish without overpowering the taste while remaining healthy and satisfying!

I ate this at a party given by some friends of my uncle's. They had been to Alaska on a fishing trip and had come back with TONS of salmon and halibut. This is one of the yummiest things I have ever eaten!

A wonderful recipe my mother used to use when I was a kid. A crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside recipe. Also works great for ling cod, snapper, or other white fish. Enjoy your halibut with what my sisters and I used to call 'pink sauce' (Miracle Whip and ketchup mixed together), a fresh spinach salad and toasted French bread.

A tasty tomato topping and a wine broth keeps these halibut steaks moist while baking.

I use tender, mild halibut that we catch in Cook's Inlet near our home for this delectable white lasagna. Even 'meat and potatoes lovers' compliment its great taste. You can substitute cod or chicken for the halibut if you like. -Evelyn Gebhardt, Kasilof, Alaska

Creamy, spicy sauce-covered halibut fillets. Goes good with potato salad and green beans, or try it with rice and a green salad. Covers that fishy taste that accompanies some fish. Very good!
