Thank you for your idea but I changed and adjusted as following:-)
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) Package cream cheese, softened
1 Cup Salsa
1 Cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
½ Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Vinegar
¼ Cup Salsa (For topping)
2 TB Spoon Sweet Onion, finely chopped
2 TB Spoon Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
Black olive (Optional)
Preparation:
1. Heat the oven at 350F
2. In the baking bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1 cup Salsa, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, and Vinegar until well blend.
3. Baked the mixture uncovered for 30 min until cream cheese melts with all ingredients.
4. Take the bowl out and use spoon the stir all mixture well
5. Pour the hot mixture into the dip tray.
6. Spread ¼ cup Salsa all over the mixture
7. Spread chopped sweet onion and green bell pepper all over the top.
8. Spread cheddar cheese.
9. Spread black olive (Optional)
10. Return to bake in 350F, uncovered for 15min or until cheddar cheese melts.
11. Leave it to be cool outside, cover and put in the fridge (in case you make ahead)
