Had to alter the recipe some to compensate for the egg yolk batter portion of the recipe, by adding 1/4 c. water instead of the recipe requirements. I did this because the egg yolk batter base was to solid by instructions. After this alteration the cake turned out fine and full of citrus flavors.

I tried thie recipe and i followed the instructions carefully. The mixture is easy to make and bake. The best thing about it is that it has all fresh ingriedients.... when it came out of the oven it smelled really good and it tasted even better after it cooled down.

This makes a great cake for any brunch. I made it for a baby shower only instead of one big bundt cake, I used the individual mini bundt cake pans. I drizzled a little orange glaze and stacked them together like a cake. Everyone loved them, and I will always rave about the taste. Very moist and yummy!
