Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oil, honey, eggs and vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well (dough will be very soft). Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
