We make this all the time! It is so easy and delicious. It goes great with pretzel chips.

I made this for Thanksgiving, I added crushed peanuts to the sunflowers and everyone raved. I've made it several times since and it's a crowd pleaser. Definitely a hit!!!!

I think with some changes this could be very good, but as is I was disappointed. All I could taste was olive, so it was like eating a big mushy olive (and I love olives). If I were going to make it again (a big IF), I would put in one or two cloves of minced garlic instead of the powder, and only use half of the chopped olives. I really wanted to like this, sorry.

I really enjoyed this cheese ball, it is so different from any cheeseball I have ever tried. If you're not big on sunflower kernals, just use chopped pecans or walnuts! Thanks for a great new recipe, it is definately a keeper!

I've had this recipe for YEARS and I found it on the side of a package of toasted sunflower seeds. They called it a Sun Ball. I've been making it for every holiday, ever since. LOVE IT!
