I really liked it. I added 2 tablespoons of the Dijon b/c i couldn't taste it at all. I went with fresh garlic because I like anything with garlic in it!! I took out the olives cause I hate the taste and smell of them. I made it into a log so there was more surface area to put more sunflower seeds. Put it on crackers and tasted great!

This was really tasty. I might have used a little more Dijon and garlic powder...I made it the first time and didn't have the sunflower kernels. I bought some at the store and rolled the leftover in them - MUCH better. It really complimented the cheese and made it look prettier too.

We make this all the time! It is so easy and delicious. It goes great with pretzel chips.

I made this for Thanksgiving, I added crushed peanuts to the sunflowers and everyone raved. I've made it several times since and it's a crowd pleaser. Definitely a hit!!!!

I think with some changes this could be very good, but as is I was disappointed. All I could taste was olive, so it was like eating a big mushy olive (and I love olives). If I were going to make it again (a big IF), I would put in one or two cloves of minced garlic instead of the powder, and only use half of the chopped olives. I really wanted to like this, sorry.

I really enjoyed this cheese ball, it is so different from any cheeseball I have ever tried. If you're not big on sunflower kernals, just use chopped pecans or walnuts! Thanks for a great new recipe, it is definately a keeper!

I've had this recipe for YEARS and I found it on the side of a package of toasted sunflower seeds. They called it a Sun Ball. I've been making it for every holiday, ever since. LOVE IT!
