Wonderful! Just whipped this up for a class Thanksgiving Feast and it tastes delicious. The only thing I changed was using garlic powder instead of onion powder.

This is a very good recipe. A great option for those who doesn't like stronger cheeses in their mashed potatoes. You may add some herbs, basil for instance in order to make it more flavorful...a keeper!

I had to add milk to get a good consistency, and even then they tasted very heavy and somewhat bland. To me, it was not worth the extra effort to make these over traditional mashed potatoes. I would not make these again.

Love these as a basic go-to type of mashed potato. Like a few others, I add a little garlic powder to them, as well as substituting onion powder for the onion salt. Don't know if it's the cream cheese, but I've found they freeze and reheat wonderfully, without the addition of any milk or other liquids; makes these the best option for cooking for a small family without trying to cut down a recipe. Simply freeze the leftovers for the next time you're looking forward to some good old comfort food.

This is the best way to make ahead your potatoes. I made them on Tuesday for Thanksgiving on Thursday and all I had to do was warm them in the microwave. Perfect!!

This was not good. The potatoes were smooth, but they were heavy, like spackle. They were the only negative part of a very successful first thanksgiving dinner. I have a feeling they will make delicious potatoe pancakes tomorrow, so that is a plus. Next time I will be making normal mashed potatoes.

Made these the night before our early Thanksgiving dinner celebrated Saturday. They were excellent and easy! Will make again for Thanksgiving dinner. Great by themselves or with gravy!

Very good! I always add sour cream or top the tater into my mashed potatoes so it gives them a little more flavor but baking them after was something new that turned out great!

These were good - but I really felt we needed to cut down on the cream cheese by about half - it gave the potatoes a "gluey" consistency that was just not right!

A keeper for sure! I've made these 3 times in the past 2 weeks (for 3, then 9, then 16 people) and I will be making again and again. It will be hard to eat regular mashed potatoes from now on. Only changes I made was to add a tad more cream cheese and a little less sour cream and salt.
