Very good! I always add sour cream or top the tater into my mashed potatoes so it gives them a little more flavor but baking them after was something new that turned out great!

These were good - but I really felt we needed to cut down on the cream cheese by about half - it gave the potatoes a "gluey" consistency that was just not right!

Our family loved these potatoes. My children always want to help in the kitchen. My 11 year old daughter made these potatoes and they were a hit.

A keeper for sure! I've made these 3 times in the past 2 weeks (for 3, then 9, then 16 people) and I will be making again and again. It will be hard to eat regular mashed potatoes from now on. Only changes I made was to add a tad more cream cheese and a little less sour cream and salt.

These mashed potatoes were the hit of Thanksgiving this year. I made a double recipe the day before and put them in my fridge overnight to save time on Thanksgiving day. On the day of I brought them to room temperature, added the pats of butter on top and threw them in the oven. Success!

The best mashies ever! This recipe is a staple at our thanksgiving dinners. I have made them at two thanksgivings and they are always a hit. My brother-in-law always requests these year round. The taste is so delicious! I shred some cheese on top before putting them in the oven...looks great and taste YUMMMY!!!!
