I personally thought that this recipe was meh....I didn't really think I would make it again. I found that the stuffing was really wet and not good when reheated the next day. I also added some garlic powder and cayenne pepper (no parsley). The reason I am rating this still rather high, is that my husband asked me to make it again! My husband doesn't care about food. He liked this! lol

I used to make this a few years ago and had a craving for it last week. This is the same recipe I used before except for I recommend spreading the stuffing over the chicken breasts and then pouring the soup mixture over everything.

Easy comfort food and especially good with a side of mashed potatoes. The only modification I made was to use one teaspoon of parsley instead of one tablespoon since my boys tend to shy away from anything green in a main dish. My older son - age 12 - loved it, and my younger son - age 10 - who usually will only eat meat if it's in nugget form even said it was OK. My husband and older son fought over the leftovers the next day.

This recipe was a big hit with the family!! Before I could even ask how it was, both my daughters said that I could make it again, any time!! It was very easy to make. I did have my reservations about not browning the chicken to begin with, but the chicken came out perfectly after 35 minutes. This is a definate keeper!!

This was an easy recipe to prepare and it uses items most of us have on hand. My youngest only ate the meat. The rest of us thought that it was very tasty.

I made this last night and it was a hit! I used chicken broth and a little onion soup mix in my stuffing which I think added a little flavor. It really reminded me of thanksgiving without the mess of a turkey!
