Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup whole wheat flake cereal

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Mix ingredients well in the order given.
  3. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Under bake for a chewy cookie.
