Bob Evans® Italian Sausage Roll
1 large head
Romaine or green leaf lettuce
fresh ripe tomato, cut into wedges
zucchini, sliced or shredded
fresh carrot, peeled and shredded
red onion, sliced
Black olives or croutons
Olive oil to taste
Red wine or balsamic vinegar to taste
Black pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, shredded (or more to taste)
Easy to make and tastes great!
This was really good. I used smoked sausage, left out the onion, and used mushrooms instead of carrot.
