Enjoyed it. Didn't change a thing. May try it with mozzarella cheese at some point.

I try to find different ways to actually enjoy eating vegetables but this was not it. The vinegar was way too strong. Maybe it would have been better with less vinegar or maybe another type other than red wine. I don't think I would make this again.

This was great! What I did that was different from the recipe. As someone previously suggested, I cut the ingredients in the salad dressing in half. That amount was perferct for the amoutn of fresh veggies in the salad. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil...which I usually do in all fresh salads which include tomatoes. I didn't have cherry tomatoes, so I cut up fresh tomatoes to equal once cup. I stirred that dressing really well to incorporate the garlic flavor before I added it to the mixed fresh vegetables. The results were super-yummy!

This was very good and a great way to use the fresh vegetables from the garden. I would suggest to others who make this either use more vegetables or make less dressing because at the bottom of the bowl, the vegetables were swimming in dressing. Also, if you are not a big fan of vinegar, you may want to cut back on the vinegar. I brought this salad to a picnic and some loved it and others thought it was heavy on the vinegar.

This may not be a fair rating.. I changed it up quite a bit! I didn't have red wine vinegar, so made a dressing out of red wine, vinegar, and a balsamic dressing that I had on hand. I thought that the garlic was overpowering, and I LOVE garlic. So the next morning (before taking it to the picnic I made it for), I added a little italian dressing to calm down the garlic. Everyone raved about it.

I love the dressing - very tangy. Good salad to pack up on a lunch to bring to work. Throw in any veggies you have. I put a bit of lettuce in (but not too much!), some blanched asparagus is good.

I used just the dressing part of the recipe with the fresh basil. It is so good on any salad I put it on.
