I used this recipe to spice up the usual sandwich I make for my husband. He's been eating turkey and cheese on white for a year now, it was starting to get old. He loves this sandwich, I used canned mushrooms because that's all I had and I also added cucumbers. Now he looks forward to the sandwich I make him instead of sneaking and buying a burger.
