I thought it was a good base recipe, but by itself, rather plain. The second time I made this, I added a clove of garlic and a teeny dash of dill. I also left out the ham this time. It was a lot better this way =]

It was okay, and I will probably make it again. I used both squash and zucchini. Used EVOO instead of butter. Didn't use cheese. Served on rice. Lacks spice-- next time I will perhaps add some fresh herbs.
