Delish! Only change I made was omitting the mayo as I'm not a big fan of it, and I figured the avocados would lend enough creaminess. Served it on white, toasted hamburger buns, but I think it would be even better on a multigrain bun. That's how I'll make it next time, and there will be a next time. This one is a keeper!
Just a note...I noticed that the total prep and cook time was 1-1/2hours. No, no, no....only took maybe 30 min. to pull this meal together. :)
