As written, three stars. Double the rhubarb, add a splash of vanilla and some cinnamon to the topping, and you've got a four star muffin. It's good, but I will keep looking for a really great recipe.

I made these muffins with some frozen rhubarb left over from our CSA. They are amazing!!!!!! I love them. I added some vanilla to the wet ingredients and used less sugar for the tops but added cinnamon. They are delicious. I look forward to making these again!

Moist, just the right amount of sweetness, the rhubarb was just the right texture. Loved them and so did my family. I will make these again for sure!

Excellent!! I doubled the recipe & added 2 teaspoons of vanilla and they really tasted great. These will be added to my list of all-time favorites.

Pretty good-I thought they could have used more flavor though-maybe some cinnamon. They'll make a great breakfast throughout the week though!
