Directions

  1. Beat eggs and water until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar replacement and ground cinnamon. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in sifter; sift half of the dry ingredients over egg mixture. Fold to completely blend. Repeat with remaining dry ingredients.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes.

A bit dull, but great with jam and a glass of milk. Not too sweet and perfect for breakfast!

I suppose that this is what you might believe a 'sugar-free' cookies tasts like but these are not sweet at all leaving it when more of a 'biscuit' taste. If you are looking for a delicious sugar-free cookies recipe I would recommend the Chocolate Chip Cookie one that is also available on this site.

If there were a negative "1" star that is what I would give this recipe. It is awful. I just got through making 12 of the most tastless, poor consistancy cookie rocks ever. There simple is not enough liquid for the amount of dry ingredients called for. 2 table spoons of water hmmp. My poor mailman would boycott my house if I were to have given him these cookies. A word to the wise "PASS THIS ONE UP"

This cookie doesn't was not fit to eat. My children wouldn't even eat them. Had to throw them out. Sorry!!

This was the worst cookie i have ever tasted in my life!! They were hard, colorless, and were not edible!! Do not make this recipe!!

Sorry, these cookies were not enjoyed and were left on the plate. Too tasteless and poor cosistency.
