I won't be making this again, purely because of the taste. It whipped up nicely, frosted nicely, and hardened properly for transporting cookies, but just didn't taste very good. Also, I used gel food coloring, and it seperated after awhile, which usually doesn't happen. I suspect that it was because of the shortening, rather than using butter as I usually do.
