I made these for a holiday get together and EVERYONE loved them. My husband even joked and asked me NOT to make them and have them around the house because he would eat them all! Soooo easy and soooo good!

WOW - These were a HUGE hit! My guests were asking for take home containers. They taste even better after they sit for a day. I will definitely be making these again soon!

These are great! I also added a tsp of vanilla and subbed in 1/2 C brown sugar. I ended up with a thick sugar mixture that coated the pecans well, but also made them all stick together into a sheet that I had to break apart later. Definitely bake on parchment paper! Next time I will try the ziplock method, dividing the wet from the sugar, which I think will help out immensely.

Gave these out to neighbor as mini gifts during the holidays. Everyone loved them. I tried using half brown sugar/half white sugar, but it seemed to make them a bit sticky/gooey. Would stick with white sugar next time.

These are great!! Note to self: double the cinnamon to 1 tsp and increase salt to 1 tsp. Also use 2 tsp water and 1 tsp vanilla with the one egg white.

Very good. I brought this to a Christmas party and was asked repeatedly for the recipe. Used fresh grated nutmeg - what a difference that can make! Also, followed other suggestions - 2 egg whites, 1 T. vanilla instead of water and 1 t. cinnamon.

We had this at our Christmas Eve party last night, and not only was it easy to make, they were DELICIOUS! I am still munching on them today. I am thinking about having them as a topping for Butter Pecan ice cream.

YUMMY! Everyone raves about this recipe and I have given it out so many times. I use double the egg whites and vanilla instead of water. It's impossible to mess this up.
