Super easy. Used egg substitute (since I was out of eggs), vanilla to replace water, and threw in a handful of my favorite holiday spices. (nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, a little of this and that...) I would highly recommend a silicone cooking pad for this - after all of the sugar cools you can roll the pad and save the sugar mixture for ice cream toppings! Delicious.

These turned out great! They are the perfect "extra" to bring to a party. I took another reviewers advice and used water and vanilla to mix with the egg whites. Yum!!!

I have made this recipe for years. It is always a hit. By far better then any other candied pecan recipes I have found. So Simple to make.

I have never made anything like these before, very easy and super delish! I double the recipe and made it with a batch of almonds and peanuts. The pecans were by far the best, but it still gave a nice coating on the peanuts and almonds! Very good!
