A great and easy recipe. Not super sweet like some others. My husband, who loved the other recipe, said he actually likes this one better because it tastes nuttier. So did my kids. So, at about 3/4 less sugar -- this is the recipe I am sticking with. I did halve the sugar between white and brown sugar. And I added a touch of vanilla.

Always delicious! I made these for my Sister, she loves them. I did however double the recipe, it doesn't make too many, but easy enough to double. If you double it , one egg white is about sufficient. I also added about a teaspoon of cloves and a teaspoon of nutmeg along with the cinnamon to make a spicier nut. Very good!

Wow, these are great! I can't keep my hands out of it. Like others I did use one whole egg white and I found the cinnamon to be only slightly present (for my taste buds anyway) So I will probably add extra cinnamon next time. I also sprinkled on some brown sugar before putting it to bake. For easy removal I lined my sheet with parchment paper. Worked like a charm. If this recipe is addictive like this (without the extra cinnamon) it surely is a 5 star recipe.

Quick and easy. I saved the bits of sugar that fell off when I broke the pecans apart and sprinkled them on my cream of wheat the next day.

Good recipe - nice and crispy! I had to add more egg white than what was stated because all the sugar wouldn't stick to the pecans. For the second batch I made, I added a little more egg white and all the sugar stayed on. Great tasting, but I think they need a little something to taste like the nuts you get at the mall. Maybe add a little cloves and nutmeg, and also substitute some brown sugar for a portion of the white?
