Fantastic.
I doubled the recipe for an ice cream social, and it was plenty. I made the sauce, brought it to church in a crock pot and turned it on low. The hot fudge stayed warm and smooth for the whole time (3 hours).
Don't worry if it's still grainy as you're making it, the blender will make it very smooth and creamy. Also, my sauce was a lot darker than the lighter brown sauce in the main picture.
