This was just to sweet, it ruined my icecream. I will try this again but cut down on the sugar.

This is delicious. Very smooth, very sweet. I used a pinch of salt to cut back a little, and I blended it, too. Wonderful.

Fantastic. I doubled the recipe for an ice cream social, and it was plenty. I made the sauce, brought it to church in a crock pot and turned it on low. The hot fudge stayed warm and smooth for the whole time (3 hours). Don't worry if it's still grainy as you're making it, the blender will make it very smooth and creamy. Also, my sauce was a lot darker than the lighter brown sauce in the main picture. I got lots of compliments on this sauce! Thanks!

I like this hot fudge sauce, but it tasted like caramel hot fudge sauce. I would like a recipe for more chocolate flavor, less caramel taste. Not sure I would use this one again.

This recipe was soooo good. I made brownie sundaes and the only left were empty bowls. Everyone loved it. Instead of putting the hot sauce in a blender I used an immersion blender and blended right in the pan. The Hot Fudge Sauce was very creamy and smooth. This recipe makes a good amount of Hot Fudge Sauce. Next time I will probably half the recipe and I know I'll still have leftovers. This is a great recipe to have on hand especially now with summer here and all the fresh fruit available. This would be great with a plate of strawberries and some heath bar pieces and coconut. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and then in the heath bar pieces or coconut. Another favorite summer dessert that's quick and easy and a favorite with kids.

Great recipe. I dipped frozen bananas into it and rolled them in coconut, nuts and/or sprinkles then put them back in the freezer to set. The Kids loved them.

Very smooth and delicious. I made a full batch for my small family and stored the extra in the fridge. When it started getting gritty, I heated it up and used my immersion blender to smooth it out. It was just as creamy as when I first made it.

This is a good recipe, however you can use equal parts of half and half and evaporated milk. Everyone loves it and we use it often.
