Rave reviews all around. I used a huge (14") zucchini and prebaked it for 20 min as suggested by another reviewer, and also precooked the sausage. I did sub provolone for the mozarella for more flavor. Didn't have any bottled sauce, so made up a quickie with 1 29 oz can of tomatoes, the olive oil from cooking the sausage, basil from my garden and about 1 tsp of thyme, while the zucc baked. It was so filling, that it would be incredibly easy to adapt for weight watchers too (using light sausage and limiting cheese portions), while still being a very generous serving. (Our recipe was at least 6 servings). Many thanks for the terrific recipe!
