This was okay. I thought it was a bit bland & think it would be better with beef or Italian sausage instead of turkey.

Fantastic, easy recipe. I decided to use ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese because my family enjoys the more traditional italian flavors. Also, I sauted the mushrooms, onions and garlic in one pan, the ground turkey in another, and added them together at the end. You must make sure your spinach is totally thawed and YOU MUST strain it through a wire strainer to extract all moisture.

Very good. I did add Italian Seasoning to give it some more flavor. This is actually a stuffed shells recipe that I will make again. I don't usually like them.

I made this meatless (only because my ground turkey died before I got the chance to use it!). Used 2 cans of sliced mushrooms plus extra shakes of all seasonings (to combat blandness previous reviewers mentioned). Froze stuffed shells on cookie sheets then popped them into freezer bags. We've used one bag - with italian sausage Ragu, 4oz shredded mozzarella and 1/4c of shredded parmesan. I think I'll try alfredo sauce on the next batch.

Very easy recipe. I added a little more spice to the ground turkey and it gave it a little more "zip". The ground turkey tends to be really bland, so I added garlic pepper & seasoned salt to taste. I will make this again-great for leftovers-just warm & serve!

Fantastic.. a bit time consuming filling all the shells (A LOT OF SHELLS) but I was able to feed my family, mom, and aunt's family in one batch. Totally worth it, totally healthy. Great Sunday night recipe.

Awesome!! I had a rigatoni recipe that was my "signature" pasta dish, but this recipe has replaced it. My husband & daughter ate these shells up and asked for more.

My husband loved these! I did however revise it a little by adding 1/8 tsp nutmeg and 2 tsp oregano to the turkey mixture. I thought it could use some more flavor. I also found 1 jar of sauce to be not enough. I'll use 2 next time. Thanks for the recipe! A+

Delicious! Made this for company and they raved! I think next time I would probably add some seasoning to the turkey mixture, but it was good in it's own right. Thanks for the recipe!

These turned out so great. I made them for a party on New Years Eve and everyone loved them. I didn't think they were that big of a pain to make. The adjustments that I made were using about 2 Tablespoons of Italian seasoning and using 1/2 a pound ground beef and 1/2 a pound Italian sausage. I also added some crushed red pepper. All of those things spiced it up nicely. I'll definitely make it again.

Fantastic! I'm a big fan of stuffed pasta dishes, and I was really pleased with the way this one turned out. There's only two in my household, so I just put enough shells to fill an 8-inch baking dish and covered them with a small jar of spaghetti sauce. I took the suggestion of freezing the extra stuffed shells on a cookie sheet, then I put them all into a ziploc bag. Now I can have stuffed shells ready whenever I want! THank you for a wonderful recipe.

These were absolutely great, and I was amazed at how the mixture and the shells were perfectly matched in amount. I fed this to my husband, sister, her fiance, and little brother and they all loved them. My sister's fiance is a chef, so that is high praise! I used ground venison instead of ground turkey, and it was delicious!

This was very good but not outstanding. The only thing I did differently was to use beef instead of turkey. Growing up with Italian food I think it needed more Italian spices (oregano, basil, etc.). For the work involved, I think I'd rather throw some lasagna together with the meat and veggies.
