I didn't quite understand putting the bellpeppers in the stuffing- the outer pepper was more than enough pepper flavor for me, so I took out the extra. Try adding some cooked white rice to the stuffing!

I didn't have zucchini so I omitted it. Also didn't have ground turkey so I used ground beef. I added a few more spices as I always do, and it was very yummy!

My husband and I like these so much I make them once a week. I add any leftover veggies from the week and they always turn out great!

To this recipe I added artichoke hearts, carrots, fresh garlic, and sun dried tomatoes and it came out pretty good! A little bit too healthy for my tastes but have friends who love it!

So delicious! This recipe really took me by surprise, it really is delicious! I added a touch of my favorite spaghetti sauce to the tops just before baking, but the rest stayed true to the recipe!

Delish! Followed the modifications posted by Michelle K. and they were perfect. Changed up the veggies a little to suit our tastes. Will definitely be making again.

Easy to make and everyone loved it...even the kids! Extra filling is great over rice. Reheats well for leftovers. Thanks!

These peppers are the BEST! This is now the second time I have made them. The first time I made the recipe as stated (with the exception of adding red pepper flakes). The second time I added a handful of fresh chopped basil and in my opinion this addition makes it even better!

Beautiful color, and yummy! This would be a beautiful dish for a party or potluck. Made exactly as written except with lean ground beef (only because the store was out of turkey). Also instead of Italian spices, used Southwestern spices: black & red pepper blend & cumin. Served with rice. Recipe makes a lot of filling--I would guess it's designed to fill 4 LARGE peppers. If your peppers are just average, there's enough to stuff 5 or 6. No matter, the filling is fresh and tasty enough to eat plain on rice or by the spoonful :).

This was a great change from normal stuffed peppers & so much healthier. The filling makes a lot of extra but I guess its depends on the size of your peppers. I used 5 normal sized green peppers & still had enough left to make 2 more. I topped with just a little bit of fresh grated parm before eating and it was divine. I also used italian flavored ground turkey for a little extra flavor. Terrific filling a healthy meal.

I thought this receipe was great! i used red peppers & tomato sauce instead of paste. Cooking time was exactly perfect! i added a little bit of cheese & a drizzle of tomato sauce on the top of each pepper at the end and turned the broiler on for about 3-5 mins until cheese was browned & bubbly. i also left out the spinach & used carrots instead.

The turkey didn't have a ton of flavor, but I would just saute some garlic and onions for awhile with the it instead of adding all the spices after it's done cooking. Other than that, a great, quick recipe!

Not sure what everyone else is raving about but this was a total disappointment for my family. Followed the recipe exactly -- bland, boring. To each his own, I guess.

Very Good. I would saute fresh garlic with the veggies, and at least double the amount of spinach. Some diced broccoli would also be a nice addition. Easy to make, healthy & delicious.
