To cook in a crockpot - I microwaved the peppers for 7 mins, then stuffed them, then put them in the crockpot on low for 3 hours. Very easy. Next time I'll add shredded cheese and red pepper. Good, healthy recipe.

Pretty good. Although when we initially baked the green peppers they produced quite a bit of water. We drained them before stuffing them but again a lot of water was produced. I think the water really saturated the flavors so the dish was lacking a bit. I did follow other reviews and sauteed garlic & onion with the turkey. Also added a lot of crushed red pepper.

Made this tonight and loved it! I didn't have tomato paste, so I added some jarred tomato-basil tomato sauce instead. Also added some parmesan and asiago cheese. Delicious! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

I made this as a casserole and my family loved it. I added extra seasonings (I always do) :) The flavors were delicious. This will go into rotation. Quick and easy.

Hmmm,I really don't know what to think,it's good mind you but...since there is really no instructions on the seasonings,I may have gone a tad almost over. I heard 'Too much italian seasoning but good!'

Very versatile recipe. Made many modifications, including using venison instead of turkey, no mushrooms, tomato juice instead of paste, added fresh hot peppers. Liked it - will try with other modifications as well. Thanks

First recipe I've ever liked that I've made using ground turkey, and I'll be making it again often. I like that it will freeze well, as I live alone and it's a challenge to find things this good that do.

I wanted to use the huge amount of vegetables coming from my garden, so I used 2 large tomatoes diced instead of canned tomatoes. I cooked them with the other veggies to soften them up. I also used yellow summer squash instead of zucchini and it was a colorful addition.

Really tasty! I had never had a stuffed pepper, and I could have lived without the pepper part; it was just ok. The filling was very good, so I look forward to making it in lots of other ways - as a pasta sauce, over rice, in a wrap, etc.

This recipe was AWESOME and so healthy! Used red & orange peppers instead and added a bit more seasoning & spice to the mixture. Served at a potluck and was a total hit - thanks!

I really liked this but my husband didn't care for it. He said it might be better with ground beef rather than turkey. Instead of baking the green peppers, I put them in boiling water for about 10 min and then filled them with the turkey/vegetables and baked them for 15min. Thanks for the recipe!

This was VERY good and so healthy unlike the old version with the rice and hamburger!! We wanted something different and these were so good. Next time I make them which I for sure will be doing, I will add something for a little more spice. (Maybe the Rotel like the other review)?! But otherwise I added everything else as the recipes states. Also I chopped up the veggies in a food processor but next time I will just hand dice because they were to small and I think bigger bites would be better. All of my co-workers loved the recipe to and had to have a copy!

Very good! My husband and I loved this dish. After reading the reviews, I did season the meat with Italian Seasoning and 3 cloves crushed garlic, and a bit of red pepper flakes while it was cooking, as well as added the onion to cook with the meat. For the veggies, I used the tops of the green peppers instead of yellow and red peppers, 2 cups spinach, 1 1/2 c. of mushrooms, some frozen corn and skipped the zucchini. I substituted a can of Rotel instead of the diced tomatoes for some added zing. I served with rice. Will definitely be making this again.

These tasted pretty good for being as healthy as they are but I think next time we will stick with our regular stuffed peppers recipe made with rice and beef.

Loved this, just thought the peppers should cook a little longer than the recipe states to soften them.
