This is a good recipe. I love stuffed peppers any way, so "My Way" is already a hit. But the key is in which spices you use. (I didn't have italian seasoning, so I used a combination of rosemary, oregano, sage and thyme.)
I thought the proportions were just right and I can see how this will become a staple in our family, as I experiment with different combinations of spices to keep it interesting.
