Great change of pace recipe. My kids are not the biggest Green Pepper fans but my wife & I are. Very easy to make & tastes great.

I replaced the tomato soup with tomato sauce, and the peppers came out delicious! Definitely a great recipe, although it does not need to be cooked so long over the stovetop.

These stuffed peppers were delicous. Thank you for the recipe! But why do you have to cook everything for so long? An hour, then a 1/2 hour and then another 1/2 hour? I ended up cooking the meat mixture for a 1/2 hour on the stove top then adding the rice for additional 10 minutes. It worked!
