Great mix of flavours........I used yellow pepper as that was what I had on hand.......will make this one often.

Yummy ! We use monteray jack cheese instead of sharp chedder. also we sauted 1/4 cup finely chopped onion and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and added it to the mix. WE are going to be makeing this often!

I only used one egg and added about 3 or 4 T of dried chopped onion. It turned out well but the loaf pan will be very full and you might want to put a small pan under it to catch any drips.
