if you like massive heaps of bread crumbs that aren't incorporated into the beef, then this is definitely the recipe for you. all facetiousness aside, this was plain BAD. i had high hopes, but there is nothing more to say other than bread crumbs and MORE bread crumbs. i followed the recipe exactly as written thinking the loaf stuffed with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and various delicious spices was a can't miss--what a disappointment. i might need counceling after this one.

This was a really good meatloaf. I felt like the meat mixture would be a little bland with just the ketchup, salt and pepper so I added some oregano, garlic and a pinch of chili peppers but you could easily add any of your favorite spices. I also added some fried bacon to the stuffing mix just for something different, it turned out great. I found that the recipie also made enough for two meatloaves since you end up filling a lot of the pan with stuffing.

I had never made meatloaf before and my husband was craving it. So, I got this recipe and tried it. We both loved it and have made it again since then. It's easy to make and taste delicious the first time as well as for left overs. I recommend this meatloaf.

It wasn't as good as I had hoped, because it sounded delicious! It was a too dry for my and my boyfriend's taste, but my friend enjoyed it(Or so he said!) I'll try a different recipe before I revisit this one.

Absolutely delicious! The whole family raved about the meatloaf which is amazing in itself. I followed the directions exactly and served with cream of mushroom soup gravy. The meatloaf was moist and flavorful and the mushroom stuffing was a nice touch!

A little mushy. Maybe I overcooked the stuffing though.

Good, but I used ground turkey instead of beef and that made it a bit dry. Because of this, I wished the loaf had a topping of some sort, or gravy. However, it was VERY tasty and I will definitely make again. Lastly, I only had the type of italian seasoned breadcrumbs that you coat with (instead of the stuffing kind) which required a bit more butter.

This meatloaf is excellent. My husband does not like mushrooms, so I diced them and mixed the stuffing with the meat. I also used Italian bread crumbs. I had such a disliking for meatloaf; I refused to make it for my husband for 9 years. This was a recipe we both could enjoy.

I was really skeptical...but it was GREAT. We don't like meatloaf very much, but this recipe sounded so unusual I just had to try it. I didn't change anything at all. My husband said this can go into the meal rotation, and I thought it was the best meatloaf I've ever had. It was nice and firm without dripping grease, and it tasted like real food instead of soggy greasy ketchupy goo.

Great recipe for leftover stuffing. I added 1 small onion, sage and thyme to ground turkey. Very good with cranberry sauce.

Meatloaf was delicious! The only thing was it seemed that there was a lot of stuffing for the meat - and I used over 2 lbs. I guess one suggestion would be to scale down on the stuffing amount so it doesnt overpower the meat (also, I had trouble getting all the crumbs to stick, so I added additional egg whites, butter and milk). I also added green pepper to the meat which gave extra flavor. Overall it was fantastic! :)
