easy, not too bad, but I likely won't make it again. Good for a try though

Easy and tasty recipe after a long day at work. Our Cholestrol may not like it, but we sure do!

I had two packages of kielbasa in the freezer I needed to use up, so I ended up making it twice in one week...the hubs and I loved it!

Made this for dinner tonight. Was really good and satisfied my sausage craving. I used barvarian sauerkraut, which I thought would be too sweet, but was actually a nice compliment to the other flavors. Also had to make my own mashed potatoes from scratch...just can't do the fake stuff. Will definitely make again.

Great ,quick recipe. I used smoke sausage, a personal preference and added some cheddar cheese for the extra taste and color. My husband really enjoyed these. Thank You for Sharing

Not really worth the effort. Tastes good but might as well just make kelbasa with kraut and make a potato side dish.

I was rushed for time one night getting my daughter to an event so I took your recipe and made into a casserole. I used both packets of the potatoes, cooked in microwave and smeared on the bottom of a 9x13 greased casserole dish. Topped it with the sauerkraut (Franks big can, rinsed and drained) and chopped onions, and sprinkled caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Then layered half the cheese. I cut up the sausage into bite size pieces and placed in a layer on top and sprinkled with the remaining cheese. Cooked covered at 350 for 40 minutes then took the foil off and gave it another 8 minutes to brown the cheese...easy and fantastic! Thank you for this recipe!

My whole family loved this! I made one with sauerkraut and the other without. The kids loved how the potatoes were in the sausage. Great dinner and so easy to make!
