Absolutely delicious. I made a few little changes to make it a bit healthier (used brown rice with mushrooms instead of white rice and fat-free cheddar cheese instead of regular). I also added some chili powder to give it a bit more flavour—it turned out wonderful. This one is definitely a keeper. Thanks for the recipe, it was great!

Very good, I like to add enchilada sauce to make it more on the spicy side.

I had never made stuffed peppers before and I'm glad I did. They turned out really good. However, I only gave the recipe 4 stars because I cannot imagine that it would be good with out the addition of spices (I used 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder). The only other change I made was using cubbed cheddar instead of shredded and using soy burger instead of beef/turkey. My husband loved these, which shocked me because he tends to be pretty picky and these aren't exactly the normal comfort foods he usually enjoys. The leftovers the next day were absolutely amazing; the flavors were so much better!

Excellent. I had fun making them, and they turned out very tasty too. My fiance and I don't really like bell peppers, but loved these. And they were great reheated as well!!! I will use this recipe again, for sure!

These were pretty good! I just added half a can of undiluted soup to the mix, then poured the rest over the top as stated. It wasn't dry at all this way, as some others said! I did not use a second can of soup at all. Overall, these were very good, but not something I'll make super often -- I ended up cutting my pepper into bite size pieces and eating it like a casserole to make it less overwhelmingly "pepper-y." :) But it is, after all, stuffed PEPPERS! :)

Just like my daddy used to make. I used brown rice instead of white but it the amount of water wasn't enough to soften it up prior to stuffing the peppers. I stuffed the peppers with it anyway hoping the tomato soup would help it soften more, but it didn't. Oh well. Still had wonderful flavor. Next time I will just cook up my rice in a rice cooker first and then mix everything up and then stuff the peppers. :-)

This was really good. The recipe didn't say whether to drain the tomatoes or not, so I measured the liquid from the can and used it in place of the water. It worked fine. Next time I will cut the peppers lengthwise since it makes them easier to eat. I would totally recommend this recipe. It was easy, quick, and delicious.

We loved these peppers! I added a bit of paprika and I put more cheese on top of them (we really like cheese!) I also cooked the rice on its own and then added it to the other stuff...great recipe!

Decent but not great. I followed the recipe exactly and I found them to be a bit bland. I think I will keep lokking for a better pepper recipe.

They were okay...a little lacking in flavor. I think some spices would have helped. I added alot of salt to mine as I was eating it to help add some flavor.

This recipe needs spices and cooked rice. I followed directions but the rice was hard when dinner was served. Will not try this one again.

I love this and so does my family. The only things I changed: 1. I don't add the tomato soup (I don't really like the taste of it)- sometimes I just add more tomato. 2. I do a layer of cheese on the bottom, in the middle and on top inside of the pepper.
