Surprising flavor! I more than doubled the batch thinking I'd freeze some, but they were ALL GONE in one sitting! My family went nuts over them. Merrill mentioned that the peppers keep their bright green color and crunchy texture, and this is far more important than I realized. This is a keeper of a recipe.

These are a one bowl wonder! What a fantastic dish, lots of flavor. 7 minutes was perfect for the last bit of microwaving like everyone else mentioned. I also used ground turkey instead of beef, added 3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash seasoning. Sooo delicious and healthy too! I also had red, yellow and orange peppers on hand so I just used those instead. Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!

Excellent! I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. My husband, who does not like stuffed green peppers, even raved about it. He liked the crunchier texture of the green peppers with this recipe. Cooking for 7 minutes at the final step seemed to be fine.

Yum. A hit with EVERYONE in the family. Even the leftovers were good. I followed the recipe exactly. A low-hassle recipe. Even the clean-up was easy.

Very easy, very tasty, very fast - an the fact that it's made in the microwave let me fix dinner without heating up the kitchen. I will definitely make this again!

VERY QUICK, EASY.. USED BROWN RICE.. ADDED GARLIC.. LITTLE MOZZARELLA ON TOP.. VERY TASTEY.. HEALTHY- HUSBAND LOVED IT- HE HATES "COOKED" BELL PEPPER- THIS ALLOWS YOU TO ONLY COOK IT TO A CERTAIN DEGREE- IN FACT, MICROWAVING FOR 6 MINS. WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH- LEAVING BELL PEPPER WITH A CERTAIN CRUNCH ( HE LOVES IT RAW, GO FIGURE)- VERY GOOD, LIKE I SAID QUICK MID-WEEK MEAL SERVED WITH STEAMED VEGGIES..

This is one of my all time favorite recipes! I like to use Italian sausage instead of ground beef. I like that they can be done in such a short amount of time

This turned out absolutely FABULOUS! I followed the recipe EXACTLY the first time, then changed the ground beef for mild pork sausage for another try. The sausage one had a more traditional flavor, and was OH SO GOOD! My husband and children ate SO much! I will DEFINTELY make this again, and again, and again...lol YUMMY!
