I made this today for breakfast. Didn't have French bread so I just used regular bread and made sandwiches with the filling. We're not big fans of this. The cream cheese is too much for me. I started picking out the fruit and pecans. Bf didn't like the sogginess from the cream cheese. I'd think that if we toasted the bread it might be less soggy, but we weren't enthralled enough with the recipe to make it again. Thanks for sharing.

This was very yummy. Not too sweet, but very rich. I will make it again. It was not difficult at all. Just don't forget to get the cream cheese out so it has a chance to soften.
