"Stuffed celery, it's easy to make and kids love it. My Great Grandma always made this, and my cousins and I used to fight over the last piece. Originally submitted to ThanksgivingRecipe.com."

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 20 small green olives
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions

  1. Coarsely chop the olives. Separate and wash celery stalks. Cut stalks into bite sized pieces.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Stir in the walnuts and chopped olives. Spread filling onto the celery pieces. It's also good on crackers.
