Wonderful taste. Reminded me of the taste of Kraft pimiento cheese that I used to buy in little glass jars. Unfortunately, I made it a day ahead, only to find out that the celebration was the same day, so I only had a chance to chill it for a couple of hours, so it didn't hang together well. Be sure and leave it overnight.

went over great at the party. i didn't add the ham because of vegetarian friends and it was still very good. i also subbed green onions for the celery, and i forgot to put the mayonaise on because i'm absent-minded. very good, i will be making this again

WE MADE THIS FOR A LARGE PARTY AND IT WENT OVER GREAT. PEOPLE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH AND WANTED THE RECIPE. EASY TO MAKE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND JUST TAKE WHILE STILL CHILLED AND CUT AT YOUR DESTINATION.

Edible but not great. I made it for a New Year's Eve party and it was hardly touched. I watched some guests take one bite and not finish their piece. Definitely won't make again.

fabulous!! made this for a football party. men and women alike loved it. it makes a large amount, but they could have finished two. i did wrap two ham slices around the pickle instead of just one. i will make this for every party!
