Mediocre-- The ketchup just really took away from the dish. I added shredded cheddar the last 10 minutes.

I made this recipe last week and am making it again this week. Last time I substituted boca crumbles for the meat and egg substitute for the eggs. My husband LOVED it and so did I. I forwarded the recipe on to friends.
