I've made this at least three times by now and EVERYONE loves it. I've also started freezing the loaves and refrigerate overnight to defrost, they work out great.

This is a super moist bread. The topping is soooo good, and I like the little crunch that you get with it. Will definitely make again! UPDATE: Yesterday I made this with half white half wheat flour and it turned out great!

Wonderful! I added cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg to the batter. It was delicious.
