JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
fresh strawberries, halved
a friend of mine had these at her daughters birthday party and let me tell you i had the hardest time not eating them all!! they were fantastic and refreshing! highly recommend them!
This was really good and really easy! You can use vanilla flavored yogurt with other flavors of jello too. I would recommend using 2 vanilla yogurt containers instead of strawberry if you don't want a really strong strawberry flavor.
I followed this recipe exactly (one 3oz pkg of jello mix is correct) except I used a regular size muffin pan because I do not own a mini muffin pan. They were delicious and very well received at a small party I had. I would definitely make these again.
I think it should be .3 oz instead of 3 oz.
I used just over 2 cups of strawberry yogurt from a 32 oz container. I only microwaved it for about 2 mintues because the jello was dissolved by then. I put frozen blueberries on the bottom and then topped it with the yogurt mixture. I put it in custard cups because I don't have a mini muffin pan. It filled 5 glass cups. We'll see how they turn out. Maybe the person who thought it was .3 oz was using sugar free jello?
