I heard about this recipe from a Sorority Chef who made it and let me sample it...it was AMAZING...I even made it with both Sugar and Splenda instead and both were awesome....I shared it with my mom, now counts this as her most absolutely favorite salad or all time...me too. You won't be sorry you made this recipe.

I usually only make this for special occasions for some reason and my fiancee complained I should make it all the time! Everyone always loves it. Delicious.

This salad is delicious!! yuuuuumy! I think next time I'll put a little less sugar, just because I don't like things too sweet, but other than that, it was awesome!

I love this recipe! Everytime I have served it, I have people calling and asking for the recipe. I have tried this salad using white wine vinegar in place of the balsamic, as some of the other strawberry spinach salads suggest. I like the flavor so much better with the balsamic vinegar. This is a go to recipe when I am entertaining.
