I made this for a dinner party I hosted in Paris. None of my French friends had every had such a soup and they LOVED IT! Plus we drank the rest of it for breakfast the next day!

I was afraid this would taste like a smoothie but it really tasted like soup! I added a spoon of oj concentrate and it gave it a kick.

This recipe was more like a virgin frozen drink than a soup. It does taste good, but I wouldn't make it to serve as soup.
