I added Splenda until it was sweet to our tastes, which was about two cups. I used fat free half and half and organic orange juice. I made this in my blender and froze it like I have with Five Minute Ice Cream. I poured them into dixie cups and let them freeze until just solid, then stuck popsicle sticks in them. We all sampled them today....very good. Little icicle-y, but the flavor was VERY good. And, there's nothing to feel guilty about!

We pick tons of strawberries during the season and this is a great way to use them. I halved the recipe and use my Krups ice cream maker. I have to refreeze the cylinder after the first batch and freeze the other half of the sherbet the next day. I don't add the cinnamon but this recipe is delicious. My friends rave about the wonderful, fresh strawberry taste.
