I'm shocked this recipe has so few reviews! I have made this numerous times and it is always a huge hit. I do make one change which is to use graham cracker crumbs instead of pretzels, but I'm sure the saltier crunch of pretzels would be just as amazing. Great summer dessert!!!!

I LOOVE these bars! Which is strange because I normally HATE Jello. But the contrast between the salty pretzel crust and the creamy layer and then the sweetness of the strawberries is just perfect. Yum!

I loved the cream cheese layer with the jello on top, but I wasn't too fond of the pretzle crust. Next time I will use a graham cracker crust.

This is an excellent recipe! I am very cautious with saturated fat, so I used fat free butter and fat free cream cheese. I know it is unbelievable but it still tasted wonderful! The only change I would make is to use 2 packs of jell-o because my top layer wasn't as full as I expected.

I used entire 8oz tub of coolwhip. When I mixed as directed, the amount of filling in the bowl seemed too small to make much of a layer in a 13 x 9 pan. The texture and taste seem fine to me, but I think I will use two full 8oz cream cheese bricks next time for more cream cheese taste. My combo resulted in a 1/2 inch layer of cream cheese filling. I also added chopped strawberries to cream cheese layer because I had extra berries.

Pretzel crust was too sugary, so the sweet-salty juxtaposition was dulled. If I make it again, I would decrease the amount of sugar in the crust and double the amount of filling, which was very good. The jello topping was excellent - it would make a great dessert on its own.
