I followed this recipe to the T and it didn't set. I ended up adding more pectin and it still didn't set to my standards of jam. Aside from that, the taste is very sweet and I'm giving it to people as ice cream topping or pancake drizzle instead of marmalade. I don't think I'll make this again...

Grrrrrrr This recipe is hard to understand. I had to discard half of what I did and start over only to realize that I didn't have to start over. I wasn't sure if I had to remove the "pith" from the oranges and lemons. I did not do this with the first batch, threw it all away and went to the store to get more oranges and lemons. I realized that I could use the pith, but decided to use my lemon zester instead of using the pith. another thing that is hard to understand is the part where you add the strawberries. Do I add them to the fruit that has simmered for 20 minutes and THEN measure 4 cups with out stirring? This is no fun!

This marmalade is so good. I made mine with tangerines instead of oranges because they were on sale. I also doubled the recipe. It is soooo yummy!
