I wanted to use up some extra strawberry jam that I had made, and this fit the bill. This recipe needed to be baked for at least 40 minutes to get a "golden crust". The next time I make this, I'm going to try adding a little salt to the crust since I used unsalted butter.

When I baked this, the top got nice and golden, and I cooked it for the full time limit. The only problem is that it is completely raw and soggy in the middle.
